Please read the following carefully and understand that by booking an appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions of Messy Muscles Massage.

Payment and cancellation:

• A £10 deposit will be requested at time of booking, the appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. 
• We operate a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. You are welcome to adjust your treatment time until 48hrs prior. If you wish to adapt your treatment time within this 48hr period, you will not receive a deposit refund. 
•  The full payment must be paid by the start of the treatment (by bank transfer or cash upfront). Else, we may refuse to treat you. 

Appointment time:

• Please provide enough time to park and enter the clinic. There is a car park opposite the Swansea clinic, but can be busy at particular times of day, so please do not rely on there being a space.
• We run a 10min rule. If you are 10mins or more late for your appointment, with or without warning, the appointment will be rescheduled and you will not receive a deposit refund. This is as the appointment lengths are designed to give you maximum benefit, removing some of that time can impact the effectiveness of treatment and we strive to provide promising results to all clients. 

Everything else:

• We will organise a compulsory pre-appointment phone call with you, to talk through some safety checks and ensure the treatment is appropriate for you.
• There are some medical factors that we are unable to treat people impacted. This may be as another health professional would be more suitable, or that massage can have a negative impact. Please be understanding if we decline treatment due to medical factors, but we will support you in getting the treatment you need. These factors should all be identified in the pre-appointment phone call.
• We WILL NOT treat anyone under the influence of Alcohol or recreational drugs
• We DO NOT offer additional treatments, nor can they be accessed on request. All treatments are requested and booked prior to treatment.
• Some treatments recommend for bras to be removed/undone, if the client is comfortable, This is to easier access the shoulders and back but this is completely the client's choice. 
• At NO POINT should lower underwear be removed and you will be asked to replace it before treatment can continue.
• Any form of harassment or abuse will be reported to the police and Messy Muscles will no longer treat you.
